Summary: The Principle Agile Delivery Lead role focuses on mentoring and guiding teams through agile transformation, particularly in environments traditionally dominated by waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and lead teams working on critical projects.
  • Support agile transformation in traditionally waterfall environments.
  • Guide teams through agile methodologies and mindset shifts.
  • Implement agile techniques and improve delivery practices.
  • Provide visibility and reporting on delivery progress.
  • Support initiatives related to cyber security and internal tooling.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to introduce agile practices (eg, Kanban, BAU support).

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience transitioning teams from waterfall to agile.
  • Strong background in mentoring and team leadership.
  • Confident working with strong-willed stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and flexible in approach.
  • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite.
  • Some coaching/training experience (not a formal Agile Coach).
  • Experience with corporate information systems and cyber security is beneficial but not essential.
