Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and lead teams working on critical projects.
- Support agile transformation in traditionally waterfall environments.
- Guide teams through agile methodologies and mindset shifts.

- Provide visibility and reporting on delivery progress.
- Support initiatives related to cyber security and internal tooling.
- Collaborate with operational teams to introduce agile practices (eg, Kanban, BAU support).
Key Skills:
- Proven experience transitioning teams from waterfall to agile.
- Strong background in mentoring and team leadership.
- Confident working with strong-willed stakeholders.
- Adaptable and flexible in approach.
- Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite.
- Some coaching/training experience (not a formal Agile Coach).
