Summary: We're seeking a Test Engineer with SDET skills for a 3-month contract in London. The role involves designing and implementing automated test frameworks while ensuring software quality in an agile environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers and contribute to CI/CD pipelines. This position requires strong experience in test automation and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for APIs, web, and Back End services.
- Work closely with developers to improve testability and code quality.
- Build and enhance test frameworks using modern automation tools.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to improve test automation.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects, ensuring robust test coverage.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in test automation (Java, C#, or Python).
- Hands-on experience with test frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Strong understanding of Agile, BDD/TDD methodologies.
