Job Description
- Develop and implement planning policies and procedures for construction projects.
- Lead and manage a team of planning officers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure planning processes are streamlined.
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure all planning policies comply with local and national legislation.
- Review and assess planning applications and make recommendations.
- Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
