Job Description

  • Develop and implement planning policies and procedures for construction projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of planning officers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure planning processes are streamlined.
  • Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure all planning policies comply with local and national legislation.
  • Review and assess planning applications and make recommendations.
  • Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and procedures.
