Initial 3 Month Contract

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in London with their search for a Principal Town Planning Officer to join their DM Team on initial 3-month Contract.

The candidate must be experienced in drafting, negotiating and securing, and implementing, planning performance agreements. This will be a key element of the role to provide additional capacity in the Planning Service.

Working Hours:

35 hours p/w

Working conditions:

Flexible working, likely to be predominantly remote but will be required to go to office for training, meetings and, if necessary, site visits at least twice per week.

IT will be provided

Carrington West are willing to offer £40-£45 per hour for this position.
