JOB PURPOSE: The Principal Officer - Contract Manager executes the authority delegated to him/her by the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) to act on behalf of the organisation as the Employer under the contract. He/she will monitor the contractor's/ supplier's progress and performance to ensure that the service provided conforms to the contract requirements and initiate remedial action, as appropriate, where a contractor's/ supplier's performance is deficient.
