Principal Infrastructure/Civil Engineer (Residential)

• Lead the production of residential development schemes including highways, drainage, levels, and plot engineering.

• Obtain technical approval from key authorities regarding S104 and S38 section agreements.
• Manage non-technical project aspects such as contract management, financials, program, and resourcing.
• Engage in client-facing roles and collaborate effectively with external stakeholders.
• Utilize software tools including AutoCAD, Civils3D, and drainage modeling software like MicroDrainage.

Key Skills:

• BEng/MEng in Civil Engineering or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
