Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and audit Principal Designers and Contractors to mitigate risk and ensure excellence in delivery.
- Lead incident reviews, performance reporting, and liaison with external accreditation bodies and regulators.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in a multi-disciplinary construction/design environment.
- Expert knowledge of CDM 2015 and ISO 45001.
- Public Sector Experience, particularly with local authority/government frameworks.
