Summary: This role is for a Principal Designer (CDM) responsible for leading health and safety compliance on complex construction projects in Birmingham.   • Coordinating closely with Principal Contractors, designers, engineers, and clients to embed safety throughout design and construction phases.
  • Advising clients on their CDM responsibilities, maintaining robust compliance documentation, and promoting a strong, proactive safety culture.
