Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and design of high-performance motors and controllers.
- Drive engineering design excellence and ensure adherence to design assurance processes.
- Support independent design assurance activities, including design reviews and engineering document approvals.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain the technical integrity of products.
- Facilitate the resolution of issues using root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams, promoting best practises and continuous improvement.

- Proven leadership in building successful design engineering teams.
- Strong background in delivering rapid prototype concept designs and flight-standard high-tech products.
- Aerospace experience with substantial responsibility.
