Job Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of high-assurance operational technology (OT) security architectures and technical risk management across the UK’s most critical infrastructure.
Initially focused within high-hazard nuclear environments, you will act as a trusted technical authority guiding clients through complex digital transformations while safeguarding industrial control systems against sophisticated cyber threats.
Job Duties
- Architect & Defend: Lead the design, specification, and implementation of secure OT architectures and engineering controls for complex industrial networks.
- Risk & Compliance: Direct risk assessments and assurance activities in accordance with IEC 62443, the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF), and ONR Security Assessment Principles.
- Accreditation & Advisory: Steer regulatory accreditation processes and liaise directly with regulating authorities and executive stakeholders.
- Commercial Growth: Provide high-level technical leadership for bids, solutions shaping, and client relationship expansion across CNI and defence.
Experience Required
- Proven track record in OT/ICS cybersecurity engineering, risk management, and systems architecture.
- Deep working knowledge of IEC 62443, NCSC CAF, NIS Regulations, and safety-critical operating constraints.
- Industry-recognised certifications: CISSP, CISM, or GICSP.
- Outstanding client-facing consultative presence and technical leadership.
