Summary: The Transformation Lead/Principal Consultant role is focused on driving a major technology transformation within the aviation and travel sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate executive workshops and stakeholder sessions to align priorities and shape the transformation direction
- Define, embed, and champion new operating models and ways of working across business and technology functions
- Act as the bridge between leadership teams and delivery, ensuring consistent alignment and communication
- Oversee programme-level progress without directly managing delivery artefacts or dependency tracking
- Drive cultural and organisational change, supporting leadership through the transition to new structures and behaviours
- Influence strategy and ensure cross-functional teams remain focused on overarching programme objectives
- Provide clarity and structure within a fast-moving, high-pressure transformation environment
Key Skills:
- Proven track record as a Transformation Lead, Senior Consulting Manager, or Organisational Change Leader within large-scale technology or digital programmes
- Strong background in enterprise transformation across complex or regulated environments
- Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and able to influence senior leadership and executive sponsors
- Confident facilitator with strong communication and presentation skills
- Strategic, pragmatic, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced settings
- Experience working with or within consulting and delivery-focused organisations
