Urban Connect are currently supporting an established engineering design consultancy, recruiting for a Principal Civil Engineer to work on a number of AMP8 water frameworks including United Utilities and Yorkshire Water.

They have recently been acquired by a Specialist Water Contractor meaning there is a very strong pipeline of work and they are open to taking this on an ongoing basis, with some of their contractors being with them for over 5 years.

Typical responsibilities will be:

  • Produce design calculations and drawings, in line with safety and quality deliverable standards.
  • Prepare design investigations, reports and specifications.
  • Design in compliance with relevant technical, professional and group standards
