Your responsibilities will include –
- Leading multi-disciplinary design teams to achieve Client/Council/regulatory objectives achieving compliance and are ensuring completed within budget
- Oversee daily activity and workloads of the team to meet objectives and targets
- Lead on the enforcement of legislation, with the responsibility to oversee the consistency and compliance of the technical service; and address issues with wider bodies including Registered Building Control Approvers
- Responsible for coordination of quotes for potential work.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures which will continue to improve and deliver best practice.

Technical expertise and experience of managing complex Building Regulation applications under the Building Act 1984.
Proven project management experience, combining regulatory compliance and time management to deliver within timescales and budgetary constraints.
Excellent communication skills, with experience of developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and clients.
Previous experience of leadership and mentorship of junior colleagues.
Proven ability to problem solve, provide innovative, forward thinking solutions.
