Summary: The Principal AEM Architect will lead the architecture and delivery of digital experiences using the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, particularly AEM. This leadership role involves driving AEM strategy, solution design, and architecture across various platforms, including web and mobile. The position requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of digital experiences. The role also emphasizes technical mentorship and governance across development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical architect and visionary for AEM-based digital experiences.
- Architect AEM sites applications with AEM (Headless and Hybrid models), SPA is a plus.
- Improve the existing Cloud implementation.
- Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture blueprints.
- Lead integrations with Adobe Analytics, Target, Adobe Launch, and Experience Platform (AEP).
- Collaborate with mobile application teams (iOS & Android) for consistent omnichannel delivery.
- Work with backend and enterprise systems teams to enable end-to-end data flows and personalization.
- Provide technical mentorship and governance across development teams.
- Strong in front end and backend development.
Key Skills:
- 15+ years in software architecture, with experience in Adobe Experience Manager.
- Hands-on experience in AEM Sites projects.
- Deep knowledge of AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, and Dispatcher setups.
- Strong experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and AEP.
- Experience designing API-first architectures and integrating backend enterprise systems.
- Proven success in large-scale AEM project migrations and optimizations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional team collaboration skills.

Principal Architect with deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, especially AEM Sites Cloud), to lead the architecture and delivery of digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This is a key leadership role driving our AEM strategy, solution design, and architecture across multiple touchpoints including React, content services for iOS and Android apps, and full-scale backend integration within the retail environment.
