Summary: The role of Senior Business Analyst focuses on supporting requirements gathering for P3M transformation within capital projects, specifically utilizing Primavera. The position requires extensive experience in capital projects and collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure accurate requirement documentation. The contract is expected to last between 6 to 12 months with potential for extension. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence in Bradford three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Develop and maintain requirements catalogues, BRDs, and functional specifications
  • Map and model business processes (Level 2 & Level 3) using BPMN and MS Visio
  • Document As-Is and To-Be processes and target operating models
  • Perform business capability mapping and align capabilities with architecture artefacts
  • Conduct root cause analysis, gap analysis, and change impact assessments

Key Skills:

  • 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
  • Strong expertise in process design, process optimization, and business architecture
  • Advanced knowledge of BPMN and process modelling tools such as MS Visio or Blue works Live
  • Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation
  • Domain expertise in Capital Asset Management, Capital Delivery Processes, P3M, and Oracle Primavera or equivalent solution

The customer is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support requirements gathering for their P3M transformation within capital projects. The role requires strong P3M experience in capital projects and involves working with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and finalize requirements.

Project Details:

  • Role: Senior Business Analyst -- Capital projects with Primavera
  • Start: ASAP
  • Capacity: Full-time, Contract
  • Language: English speaking
  • Contract Length: 6-12 months Contract + High chances of extension.
  • Travel: Onsite- 3 days a week in Bradford (Inside IR35)
