Paragon Education is recruiting reliable and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Stourbridge and the surrounding areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexibility while maintaining regular classroom experience.

You will have the opportunity to work across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting pupils in a variety of school settings.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
• Adapt teaching to suit different classroom environments and pupil needs
• Maintain strong classroom behaviour and clear routines
• Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher
• Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, reliable and professional approach
• Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments
