Primary Class Teacher

We are currently seeking a passionate Primary Class Teacher for a nurturing primary school in Stoke. This position is available to teach within either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, depending on the successful candidate's strengths and experience. The role is set to start in September 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, assess, and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that meet the individual needs of all students.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment that reflects the school's ethos and promotes core values.
• Use adaptive teaching methods to ensure every pupil, including those with SEND or higher learning needs, is supported and challenged appropriately.
• Inspire students to develop a love for learning and curiosity about the world around them, encouraging independent thinking and problem-solving.
• Be an active part of the wider school community by contributing to extra-curricular activities and whole-school events that enrich students' learning experiences.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
• Experience in teaching either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 is preferred, with a focus on building strong classroom management and promoting student success.
• Passion for providing inclusive education, with the ability to differentiate and tailor teaching to meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Willingness to adapt and continuously develop teaching methods to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
