Key Responsibilities:
- Host and guide the Talk Stage programme throughout the festival day
- Introduce speakers, panellists, and session topics with clarity and energy
- Moderate panel discussions and facilitate engaging audience Q&A sessions
- Ensure smooth transitions between sessions and maintain the event schedule
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for speakers and attendees
- Collaborate with event producers and technical teams to deliver a seamless experience
- Represent the festival’s values around culture, community, and social impact
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a presenter, MC, or host at live events, festivals, or similar settings
- Strong public speaking, moderation, and audience engagement skills
- Confident managing diverse speakers and large audiences

- Ability to bring warmth, humour, and professionalism to the stage
