The Opportunity
We’re supporting a prestigious luxury automotive brand in hiring a Pre-Owned Programme Specialist to enhance the performance, quality, and growth of their certified pre-owned (Provenance) programme.
This is a hands-on, operational role focused on driving improvements across a global dealer network.

What You’ll Be Doing
Analyse programme performance across used car sales, quality, and customer outcomes
Use warranty data, complaints, and feedback to identify recurring issues
Build and improve reporting and processes
Work closely with regional teams and dealerships to drive standards.
Support and conduct dealer audits
Identify underperforming markets and improve quality and volume
