Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documentation to understand client and project requirements
- Support estimating and commercial teams with risk/opportunity assessments
- Provide input into cost estimates and programme assumptions
- Respond to technical and design-related tender queries
- Lead constructability and design assurance reviews
- Provide delivery input into project schedules and quality plans
- Support development of risk registers and project HSQE documentation
- Ensure a smooth design-to-construction handover process
- Resolve design and coordination issues throughout the construction cycle
- Ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
- Capture lessons learned to inform continuous improvement
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in pre-construction and delivery support roles
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate project and engineering teams
- Strong understanding of project delivery, construction processes, and HSQE
- HND/Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related technical discipline
- Health & Safety qualification (SMSTS, IOSH or NEBOSH)
- Experience working within regulated project environments
- Understanding of safe systems of work and design assurance processes
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
- Relevant industry card/competency certification (e.g., CSCS or equivalent)
