Summary: The Pre-Construction Engineer role is an 11-month contract position focused on managing pre-construction activities for an automotive OEM in the West Midlands. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring safety in designs, managing various construction projects, and supporting compliance with regulations. Candidates must have valid eligibility to work in the UK and be able to travel within the country. This position is classified as inside IR35 and offers a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:

- Knowledge in contractor management and site installations.
- Clear understanding of site safety, and Safety legislation (CDM 2015 Reg etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of building, construction and infrastructure methods.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
