Key Responsibilities:
- Support all digital marketing planning and implementation across Online Doctor accounts.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals.
- Support annual and monthly planning with recommendations based on insights.
- Manage in-month planning and forecasting across digital channels.
- Review competitor activity to deliver a competitive advantage.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels.
- Manage and measure digital and website performance against KPIs.
- Input ideas towards the digital marketing testing plan to drive growth.
Key Skills:
- Qualified to degree level in a Marketing related field.
- Extensive experience in PPC management with a proven track record.
- Experience using data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau).
- Competent knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Google Analytics.
- Solid Excel proficiency.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- Experience analyzing performance in GA4.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.

What you’ll be doing?
- Support all digital marketing planning and implementation across Online Doctor accounts (Pharmacy2U Online Doctor and LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor, including PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates and other test channels through agencies and internal teams
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (traffic, CVR, CPA, ROAS)
- Support annual and monthly planning with robust recommendations based on insight and ambition
- Work with media agencies and internal teams to manage in month planning and forecasting across digital channels
- Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, insight and channel level activity
- Review competitor activity and deliver a competitive advantage through targeting, creative and channel mix
- Identify trends and insights in digital marketing and use these to optimise spend and performance
- Use a range of analytics tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Manage and measure, digital and website performance against agreed KPIs (page load, bounce rate, time on site etc.)
- Harness data within GDPR guidelines to increase relevancy and efficacy of our targeting
- Input ideas towards our digital marketing testing plan and drive incremental growth with our digital marketing agency
Who are we looking for?
- Qualified to degree level in a Marketing related field
- Extensive experience in PPC management, with a proven track record of success
- Experience of using data visualization and analytics tools e.g. GA4, Tableau, Looker
- Competent knowledge across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Google Analytics
- Solid Excel proficiency
- The ability to work under own initiative
- Experience analysing performance in GA4 and ideally (but not essentially) Firebase / Adjust
- Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy imperative
