- Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Google and paid social

- Advise on audience segmentation, targeting, and landing page performance
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure campaign alignment
- Keep up to date with industry trends and algorithm changes
- Use a test-and-learn approach to optimise campaigns and scale growth
Key Skills:
- Strong experience managing PPC campaigns for FMCG, DTC, or lifestyle brands
- Confident in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Clavio (or similar) and supporting analytics tools
- Highly analytical with the ability to present clear, insight-led reports
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
- Based in the UK, ideally available for occasional in-person sessions
- Comfortable working 2–3 days per week in a freelance or consultancy capacity
