Summary: The PPC Manager at CAVU will oversee the management and optimization of distribution accounts focused on promoting airport parking in the EU and USA. This role involves collaborating with a team of PPC experts to develop strategies aligned with business objectives, utilizing advanced PPC techniques to enhance channel growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and hands-on experience in PPC account management. The position is hybrid and offers a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet agreed KPIs for Revenue and CoS.
- Work closely with various product owners/stakeholders to improve the customer journey and conversion rate for PPC.
- Create and implement a rigorous testing strategy across all appropriate areas within the accounts.
- Continuously look for ways to automate, optimise, and improve efficiency across the accounts.
- Deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key metrics and KPIs, recommending improvements where appropriate, and communicate those with the PPC lead.
- Proactively analyse and interpret data to identify key opportunities.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity.
- Work alongside tech teams to ensure correct tagging and conversion tracking is implemented.
- Identify opportunities across all paid media to drive revenue growth.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on PPC Account management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical and a problem solver - Able to simplify and communicate complex problems and solutions to other teams.
- Highly organised and able to work on multiple websites/projects simultaneously.
- Commercially focused - Finding new opportunities to drive revenue efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Evidence of successfully meeting or exceeding set targets/KPIs.

The Role: The PPC Manager will be responsible for the management and optimisation of CAVU’s distribution accounts, promoting airport parking in the EU and the USA. Working closely with the PPC Lead and part of an in-house team of 6 PPC experts, the PPC manager will devise and implement strategies in line with CAVU’s core business objectives. Data-driven and with a keen eye for detail, the PPC manager will be capable of executing advanced PPC techniques to effectively grow and nurture the channel at scale. Supported by a PPC executive, the role requires previous hands-on experience of managing PPC accounts, bid management, campaign creation, and performance analysis.
