Summary: The PPC Manager will lead paid media campaigns within a dynamic Digital Marketing team, focusing on strategic execution and collaboration with clients and account management. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads, controlling budgets and tracking key metrics.
- Build and oversee campaigns across paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, and video.
- Continuously monitor and refine campaigns to improve efficiency, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Implement data-driven strategies to maximise ROAS through continuous monitoring, bid adjustments, and budget allocation.
- Identify and leverage new opportunities for growth and efficiency using advanced analytics and industry best practices.
- Take full ownership of PPC accounts, ensuring optimal budget allocation, bid strategies, and ad performance across various media channels.
- Perform daily reviews and optimisations to enhance overall account performance and efficiency.
- Manage multi-region campaigns across different languages, ensuring cultural and consumer behaviour adaptations.
- Optimise strategies to align with local market trends and performance metrics.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive campaign reports, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Use data-driven analysis to refine strategies and present insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing marketing assets.
- Create detailed briefs for creative development and integrate assets into campaigns effectively.
Key Skills:
- 3-5 years of hands-on PPC experience in a fast-paced environment.
- B2B experience, particularly within automotive, industrial, or hospitality sectors, is highly desirable.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with all Google channels, including Search, Display, Discovery, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Strong skills in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other performance measurement tools.
- Google-certified in Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant areas.
- Proven expertise in lead generation strategies and conversion rate optimisation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful PPC campaigns and measurable business impact.
