Senior PowerBuilder Consultant

I'm working with a global consultancy supporting a major insurance client and we're looking for an experienced PowerBuilder Consultant to assess, review and help shape the future of an enterprise PowerBuilder application estate.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked extensively with PowerBuilder and wants to use that experience to influence application modernisation rather than day-to-day feature development.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing existing PowerBuilder applications
• Investigating performance, stability and technical issues
• Assessing application architecture and integrations
• Identifying technical risks and improvement opportunities
• Producing recommendations and technical documentation
• Helping define future modernisation and migration strategies
• Working closely with technical and business stakeholders

Experience assessing or modernising Legacy applications would be highly beneficial.

Location: Nearest tube Liverpool St/Bank (2 days per week)
