Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Lead with over 8 years of IT experience, including 3 years specifically in Power Platform. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and leadership skills, with a focus on delivering scalable low-code/no-code solutions that address complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and define solution strategies.
- Develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, workflows with Power Automate, and dashboards using Power BI.
- Build and manage Power Platform environments, including governance, security, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide a team of Power Platform developers.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and security standards.
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and trends in Power Platform and related technologies.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform.
- Deep understanding of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integration.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors is a plus.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or M365 are preferred.
