Summary: The Power Platform Technical Lead will oversee a development team focused on Power Apps, ensuring the delivery and support of both new and existing products. This role involves adhering to development standards, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality through testing and process improvement. The lead will also be responsible for problem management and effective communication with other teams. The position requires a strong technical background and leadership experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Power Platform development team, focusing on Power Apps.
• Develop and support new and existing products according to requirements and standards.
• Test products to ensure they meet the defined quality standards.
• Provide realistic timelines for project completion.
• Complete assigned work within agreed time, cost, and quality criteria.
• Manage problems and changes within the area of responsibility.
• Escalate issues and risks as necessary.
• Participate in process improvement and ensure compliance with quality processes.
• Review team deliverables to ensure they meet project quality standards.
