Summary: The Power Platform Technical Lead will oversee a development team focused on Power Apps, ensuring the delivery and support of both new and existing products. This role involves adhering to development standards, testing products, managing timelines, and facilitating process improvements. The position requires strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and quality processes. The role is hybrid, requiring at least two days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Power Platform development team, focusing on Power Apps.
• Develop and support new and existing products according to requirements and standards.
• Test products to ensure they meet the defined quality standards.
• Provide realistic timelines for project completion.
• Complete assigned work within agreed time, cost, and quality criteria.
• Manage and control problems and changes within the team’s responsibilities.
• Escalate issues, problems, and risks as necessary.
• Participate in process improvement and ensure compliance with quality processes.
• Review team deliverables to ensure they meet project quality standards.
• Utilize knowledge of Agile methodology, OO Analysis & Design techniques.
• Engage in Data Modelling and Configuration Management.
• Apply testing best practices and awareness of DevOps Pipelines and ALM.
