Summary: The Power Platform Technical Lead will oversee a development team focused on Power Apps, ensuring the delivery of new and existing products while adhering to development standards and timelines. This role involves testing, problem management, and process improvement, alongside maintaining quality compliance. The lead will also engage in Agile methodologies and collaborate with other teams as necessary. Candidates must work via an umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Power Platform development team, primarily focused on Power Apps.
• Develop and support new and existing products according to agreed requirements and standards.
• Test products to ensure they meet the required quality and fit for purpose.
• Provide realistic timescales for work packages and complete tasks within agreed time, cost, and quality criteria.
• Manage problems and changes within the area of responsibility, including negotiation with other teams.
• Escalate issues, risks, and problems as necessary.
• Participate in process improvement and ensure compliance with quality processes.
• Review team deliverables to ensure they meet project quality standards.
• Utilize knowledge of Agile methodology, OO Analysis & Design techniques, and Data Modelling.
• Maintain awareness of Risk, Change & Problem Management, Configuration Management, testing best practices, and DevOps Pipelines.
