Summary: The Power Platform Technical Lead will oversee a development team focused on Power Apps, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products while adhering to development standards and timelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a Power Platform development team, primarily focused on Power Apps.
• Develop and support new and existing products according to agreed requirements and standards.
• Test products to ensure they meet the necessary quality and functionality.
• Provide realistic timelines for project completion and manage allocated work within agreed criteria.
• Control problems and changes within the area of responsibility and escalate issues as necessary.
• Participate in process improvement and ensure compliance with quality processes.
• Review team deliverables to ensure they meet project quality standards.
• Utilize knowledge of Agile methodology, OO Analysis & Design, and Data Modelling.
• Maintain awareness of Risk, Change & Problem Management, Configuration Management, and testing best practices.
• Understand DevOps Pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
