Summary: The Power Platform Technical Lead will oversee a development team focused on Power Apps, ensuring the delivery of new and existing products while adhering to development standards. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, conducting testing, and facilitating process improvements. The role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality assurance in product delivery. This position is hybrid, requiring at least two days in the office each week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Power Platform development team, primarily focused on Power Apps.
  • Develop and support new and existing products according to agreed requirements and standards.
  • Test products to ensure they meet the test strategy and are fit for purpose.
  • Provide realistic timescales for completion of work packages.
  • Complete allocated work within agreed time, cost, and quality criteria.
  • Manage and control problems and changes within the area of responsibility.
  • Escalate problems, issues, and risks as necessary.
  • Participate in process improvement and ensure compliance with quality processes.
  • Review team deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards.
