This role will focus on delivering scalable, efficient Power Platform solutions to support business transformation and operational efficiency.

This role will focus on delivering scalable, efficient Power Platform solutions to support business transformation and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers, managing architecture, design, and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
- Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end scalable solutions, integrating Power Platform components and ensuring data integrity.
- Development Oversight: Oversee customizations, including plugins, workflows, and applications, while adhering to best practices.
- Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to align solutions with business requirements and lead cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solution quality through code reviews, performance testing, and optimizations.
- Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance to junior developers, fostering a learning-oriented environment.
- Technical Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint) with experience in Dataverse and data governance.
- Integration & Development: Strong experience with APIs (SOAP/REST) and knowledge of .NET, JavaScript for extending Power Platform capabilities.
- Agile & DevOps: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., TDD, BDD) and experience with CI/CD practices for Power Platform.
- Solution Delivery: Proven track record in enterprise-level Power Platform implementations, focusing on performance and scalability.
- Security & Compliance: Knowledge of security principles for data protection within Power Platform.
