Power Platform Professional

Summary: We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join an international technology team, focusing on building and automating business applications using Microsoft Power Platform. The role involves hands-on development and collaboration with global teams to support enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. The position is contract-based with an immediate start in either Madrid or Malaga, Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within enterprise environments
• Build and enhance automation workflows, integrations, and reports that streamline complex business processes
• Work collaboratively with global technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery quality
• Support the integration of Power Platform components with Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Participate in peer reviews, testing, and deployment of solutions in a structured Agile environment
• Provide hands-on technical expertise while ensuring best practices in governance, scalability, and security

Key Skills:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in software or IT development (no more than 6 years total)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell
• Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Logic Apps and Azure Functions
• Proven background working on large-scale or enterprise-level projects ideally within banking, consulting, or financial services
• Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical work and deliverables
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and cultural fit for a distributed international team
