Summary: The Power Platform Migration Lead is responsible for managing and executing a full Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration, focusing on Power Platform components such as Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse.   • Conduct full discovery of the source tenant to identify asset owners, usage patterns, licensing, data connectors, and dependencies.
  • Classify apps and solutions based on business-criticality, deprecation, and personal use.
  • Design and implement a phased migration approach, including packaging solutions and rebuilding environment variables in the target tenant.
  • Test and validate all migrated components.
  • Apply governance and security controls via Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and app owners for smooth transition and post-migration support.
  • Support adoption of the Power Platform Center of Excellence Starter Kit in the new environment.

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Migration Lead to manage and deliver a full Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration. The role covers end-to-end responsibility for the discovery, packaging, and migration of Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, and Dataverse, while ensuring operational continuity, data integrity, and governance alignment. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to a candidate with proven enterprise-level migration experience and deep understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem.
