One of our key clients is looking for a Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to join their HR Technology Team. You will take ownership of designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining cutting-edge CRM solutions and will collaborate with a global team to create innovative service management and Employee 360 power apps on the Dynamics platform. Your role will require close interaction with infrastructure teams, business functions, and users to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose effective solution architectures.
- Guide the technical team to build functionality within Power Platform and Dynamics 365, ensuring rigorous unit and integration testing.
- Design and implement enterprise integration patterns to connect internal and external systems with Power Platform.
- Enable and govern Power Platform services, including AI Builder, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agent.
- Administer and configure Dynamics 365, ensuring robust security and governance across environments.
- Support go-live deployments and provide post-production support, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Service) and knowledge of the broader Dynamics 365 suite.
- Proven ability to design scalable and highly available Dynamics 365 architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure, Azure DevOps, C#.NET, and SQL.
- Strong integration architecture knowledge, including experience with Middleware tools and Azure Cloud components.
- Solid understanding of data migration, reporting architecture, and familiarity with Power BI.
Delivery and Leadership Skills:
- Experience in agile development practices with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to lead technical workshops with business and tech partners.
- Independent thinker with a solution-driven approach, accountable for technical leadership and solution delivery.
