RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Power Platform Developer - Senior in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:
This role is focused on supporting and enhancing an internally built Bank Change Management workflow tool. The team is looking for someone who can operate in a hands-on Power Platform development capacity, with strong experience building and maintaining solutions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain an internally built workflow/tool used for bank change management

Perform:
* Ongoing updates and enhancements
* Day-to-day maintenance and support

* Work within a SharePoint-based backlog tool to manage work
* Contribute to future enhancements and scalability of the platform

Additional Context:
* The tool is already built, but the team needs someone with deep enough experience to enhance and evolve it
* Limited stakeholder interaction - more execution-focused

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development:
* PowerApps (Canvas)
* Power Automate
* SharePoint

* Must have real-world build experience (not just certifications or academic exposure)

Candidate should be able to clearly speak to:

Understanding of:
* SQL queries (nice to have)
* VBA scripting (nice to have)

Ideal Candidate:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
