- Experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions within large enterprise organisations.
- Experience working within established Power Platform strategy and governance frameworks in complex environments.
- Experience delivering Power Platform solutions as part of multi disciplinary delivery teams, supporting business processes and user adoption.
- Experience working under the guidance of senior analysts or technical leads within structured delivery models.
- Experience using Agile and Kanban delivery methodologies across the solution lifecycle.
- Experience within the Energy sector and use of Power Platform tooling such as the CoE Starter Kit is desirable.
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification, demonstrating validated platform knowledge and capability.
- Hands on ability to build, configure, and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Good understanding of Power Platform governance, security, and compliance controls, with the ability to work within defined standards.
- Strong requirement gathering and collaboration skills to translate business needs into effective Power Platform solutions.
