Power BI Reporting Analyst

Summary: As a Power BI Reporting Analyst, you will support the transformation of Field Operations reports by collaborating with various teams to rebuild key operational reports using Power BI and a new data environment. Your role will involve data manipulation, stakeholder engagement, and delivering actionable insights through effective data visualizations. You will also manage project deadlines to ensure timely completion of reporting tasks. This position offers the opportunity to work on a significant transformation project within a leading automotive services company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Reporting and Analytics, Data Engineering teams, and stakeholders to rebuild key Operational reports using Power BI and Snowflake.
• Review and publish reports with KPIs and definitions approved by stakeholders for business use.
• Produce business reporting for the Field Operations team in conjunction with the Insights and Analytics Manager.
• Manipulate and publish data from Snowflake into Power BI.
• Enable storytelling through data visualizations to facilitate data-led decisions.
• Provide focused information and actionable insights.
• Manage deadlines and responsibilities to ensure project completion.
• Collaborate with the UK Data Engineering team and Global Data-Led Decisions team for consistency in data reporting.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience with Power BI and relevant qualifications.
• Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and documentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
