Power BI Developer

Description

We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team in Strongsville, Ohio. This role involves creating and maintaining dynamic dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive business decisions. As a part of this long-term contract position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy while contributing to the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and business trends.
Connect to various data sources and perform data transformation using tools like Power Query.
Build and manage datasets, data models, and reports in Power BI Service to support reporting needs.
Automate routine reporting processes to enhance efficiency and maintain data accuracy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor the performance of Power BI dashboards and optimize them for better scalability and user experience.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data used across all reporting platforms.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including Power Query and data modeling.
Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with large datasets.
Expertise in analyzing data to create meaningful insights and visualizations.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to gather requirements and present findings.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
