Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering commercial analytics solutions across sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and pipeline management.
- Building and optimizing Power BI dashboards and data models.
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Partnering directly with senior commercial stakeholders.
- Conducting deep-dive analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Creating high-performance visualizations and semantic models.
- Supporting the shift toward a modern, insight-led analytics capability.
- Driving data storytelling and adoption across the business.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer in commercial environments.
- Strong data analysis skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Advanced Power BI expertise (DAX, data modeling, optimization).
- Confident working with and influencing business stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-paced, business-facing environments.
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, or revenue analytics.
- Exposure to modern analytics platforms or cloud ecosystems (nice to have).
- Experience in automotive, retail, or FMCG sectors (nice to have).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or modern data stacks (nice to have).
- Background in large enterprise environments (nice to have).
