Pay Rate: £367.11 per day (PAYE) / £482.75 per day (Umbrella)

Contract: Temporary (12 Weeks)

Hours: Full-Time – 37 hours per week

IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Seven Resourcing are currently recruiting for a skilled Power BI Developer to join a forward-thinking IT team in Lincoln on a project basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work on impactful data and reporting solutions within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions that support business-critical operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear, actionable insights. This role will focus heavily on data from customer service and contact centre environments, providing visibility on performance, service levels, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Build robust data models using star schema design
  • Write advanced DAX measures and use Power Query (M) for data transformation
  • Extract and shape data from Dataverse / Dynamics 365
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and visual insights

Key Requirements
