Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build robust data models using star schema design
- Write advanced DAX measures and use Power Query (M) for data transformation
- Extract and shape data from Dataverse / Dynamics 365
- Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and visual insights
- Implement row-level security (RLS), governance, and performance optimisation
- Support data refresh strategies and ensure reliable reporting pipelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and operational teams

The Role
As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions that support business-critical operations. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear, actionable insights. This role will focus heavily on data from customer service and contact centre environments, providing visibility on performance, service levels, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Build robust data models using star schema design

- Translate business requirements into meaningful KPIs and visual insights

Key Requirements
Strong experience with Power BI development

Experience with the wider Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Familiarity with ALM / DevOps practices for Power BI
