As a contract Power BI, you are hired to design, build, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI, which has become the dominant BI and data visualisation platform across UK enterprises. Contract engagements span the full range of Power BI work: developing executive dashboards and operational reports, building and optimising complex data models using DAX, connecting Power BI to data sources including SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Dataverse, implementing row-level security for multi-audience reporting, and supporting Power BI Service administration and governance.
