Power BI Analyst Role Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyse data from Microsoft Fabric, SAP, Excel and other business systems.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate and interrogate data.
- Gather requirements and work closely with stakeholders across the business.
- Deliver insights into sales performance, customer profitability and operational performance.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, reliable and aligned with business objectives.
- Translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
Power BI Analyst Key Skills & Experience Required
- Strong Power BI reporting and dashboard development experience.
- Good SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric and modern data platforms.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a natural curiosity for solving business problems.
- Experience gathering requirements and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting commercial, sales or operational reporting functions is advantageous.
