Summary: The Power Apps & Power BI Developer role involves designing and developing Power Apps and optimizing Power Automate workflows for enterprise use. The position requires integrating solutions with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards. Collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders is essential to translate requirements into effective solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Power Apps (Canvas and ModelDriven) for enterprise business use cases.
- Build and optimize Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, data synchronization, and business process automation.
- Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for automated workflows.
- Leverage Dataverse and SharePoint lists as data sources where appropriate.
- Develop and customize SharePoint Online sites, pages, and web parts for enterprise intranet solutions.
- Build custom forms using Power Apps integrated with SharePoint lists and libraries.
- Implement modern SharePoint UX patterns aligned with Microsoft best practices.
- Manage content types, metadata, permissions, and governance.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
- Support enterprise intranet integrations across HR, Legal, Audit, Marketing, and Corporate functions.
- Follow Power Platform governance, security, and environment strategy.
- Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and data loss prevention (DLP) policies.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise compliance and audit requirements.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Support UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge transfer, and reusable components.
