Summary: The Post Production Supervisor will join a high-growth retail company's in-house Creative team, managing the post-production schedule and ensuring timely project completion. This newly created role offers the potential for extension beyond the initial three-month contract. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to gather assets and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the post-production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the in-house post-production schedule in collaboration with Traffic Management and Production teams.
- Allocate appropriate editing resources to ensure timely project completion.
- Gather all necessary assets for video briefs, including copy, translations, and video files.
- Oversee the post-production process from initial brief to final product delivery.
- Provide regular updates on post-production timelines to production and creative teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during the post-production process.
- Ensure the final product meets the brief and is visually engaging.
Key Skills:
- Strong post producer experience from agency or in-house teams.
- Experience in the retail/FMCG industry.
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of post-production, including editing software, sound mixing, and visual effects.
- Proficiency in Post Software such as Premier Pro and After Effects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize a changing workload.
