Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to real estate lawyers on a wide range of commercial property transactions.
- Deal with post-completion formalities such as SDLT and Land Registry applications.
- Manage a high-volume caseload of post-completion instructions, drafting relevant documents.
- Work with the deal team and the supervisory lawyer.
- Manage matters through the case management system from submission to completion.
- Assist with the allocation of instructions and ensure compliance with Land Registry Guidelines.
- Handle incoming correspondence from the Land Registry.
- Support the team in client relationship value-added initiatives, including reporting.

Flex Legal are an online platform connecting law firms and in-house legal teams to lawyers and paralegals for a flexible, on-demand service. We are currently seeking an experienced Post-Completion Paralegal to support our client's post-completion team in their busy Real Estate Group.
Role and key responsibilities/day-to-day:
- Provide support to real estate lawyers on a wide range of commercial property transactions.
- Deal with post-completion formalities such as SDLT and Land Registry applications.
- This includes the day-to-day management of a high-volume caseload of post-completion instructions drafting the relevant documents, and working with the deal team and the team supervisory lawyer.
- You will be expected to manage matters through our case management system, from submission through to completion and consider the completed documentation.
- For the correct candidate, there is the potential to take on a leading role within the team assisting with the allocation of instructions, ensuring compliance with the Land Registry Guidelines and dealing with the allocation of incoming correspondence from the Land Registry.
- Supporting the team in client relationship value-added initiatives including reporting.

- Location: Based in Manchester.
- Work pattern: 5 days a week initially for the first few weeks then hybrid 2-3 days in the office.
