Summary: The Enterprise Integration Lead will spearhead the integration of a newly acquired entity into the UKII business, managing multiple functional workstreams and ensuring operational continuity. This role is pivotal in driving governance and delivering synergies while preparing for a transition into a COO position. The position is interim to permanent, with a focus on post-merger integration in a fast-paced environment. Regular travel is expected, with a preference for candidates based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Day 1 separation through Day 2 integration planning
- Establish governance, reporting standards & best practices
- Coordinate & hold accountable 12 workstreams (Sales, Ops, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Category Management, Branding, etc.)
- Align systems, processes & culture; support onboarding & retention
- Maintain operational continuity & customer experience
- Report status, risks & recommendations to CEO UKII & Board

Overview:
We're partnering with a leading industrial engineering supplier (with 3 billion+ turnover in 2024) to support their ambitious acquisition strategy. In this role, you'll lead the full end-to-end integration of a newly acquired UK & Ireland entity into the UKII business coordinating 12 functional workstreams, driving governance, and delivering synergies, while paving the way for a long-term transition into the COO position.
Experience
- 5+ years' project/program management, including 2+ years in post-merger integration
- Deep knowledge of industrial B2B distribution & field-based ops
- Proven delivery of large-scale, multi-million-pound integrations
- PE-backed or fast-paced M&A environment exposure
- Bolt-on acquisition experience & operational-excellence familiarity
