Summary: The role of POS/Payments Business Analyst involves driving discovery and delivery for a POS and Payments transformation project within a leading retail organization. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to analyze payment processes and ensure compliance with PCI standards. The analyst will engage in end-to-end reconciliation, process mapping, documentation, and testing activities. This largely remote role includes some travel to West Yorkshire and is outside IR35 with an ASAP start on a 3-month initial contract.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can play a key role in driving discovery and delivery across store operations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to map out current and future processes, analyse how payments are handled, and ensure compliance with PCI standards. Your work will span end-to-end reconciliation, process mapping (as-is/to-be), documentation, and user guide creation, while also being hands-on with testing and validation activities.
