Summary: The role of POS/Payments Business Analyst involves driving discovery and delivery for a POS and Payments transformation project within a leading retail organization. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to analyze payment processes and ensure compliance with PCI standards. The analyst will engage in end-to-end reconciliation, process mapping, documentation, and testing activities. This largely remote role includes some travel to West Yorkshire and is outside IR35 with an ASAP start on a 3-month initial contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive discovery and delivery across store operations for a POS and Payments transformation project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to map out current and future processes.
- Analyze payment handling and ensure compliance with PCI standards.
- Engage in end-to-end reconciliation and process mapping (as-is/to-be).
- Create documentation and user guides.
