We’re looking for a Portfolio Test Manager to support a major retail client as they pull together a collection of critical deliveries into a unified programme outcome. This is a high-impact, senior-facing role — requiring someone who’s seen the inside of complex programmes and knows how to bring order, structure, and confidence to fragmented delivery landscapes. Consulting mindset essential — you'll be expected to influence, steer and challenge , not just report and react. You’ll act as the test authority across multiple workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders , 3rd party suppliers , and internal teams alike.
What we need:
- Extensive retail experience – you understand the pace, complexity and business-critical nature of retail delivery
- Proven ability to manage programme-level testing across multiple suppliers and delivery teams
